Directions:
Place the almonds in food processor. Blitz till you have created fine-textured almond meal.
Transfer the mixture to blender. Add ice cubes and cold water.
Blend for one to two minutes till ice is crushed completely.
Add olive oil, sea salt, vinegar and garlic. Continue to blend for a couple more minutes.
Taste soup. You want it creamy.
Adjust the ingredients if needed.
Place watermelon cubes in four individual bowls.
Pour cold soup over cubes till almost covered fully.
Garnish using basil-infused oil and olive oil.
Serve promptly.
